Standard shipping is always free on orders within the U.S. No minimums, no codes.

Processing Time

Every piece is packed by hand in my studio in Novato, California. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. I don’t ship on weekends or holidays, so orders placed Friday through Sunday go out early the next week.

Delivery Time

All orders ship via USPS. Once your order is on its way, standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.

Tracking

You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in a gift-ready box with a care card, so it’s ready to give or keep.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact me within 12 hours and I’ll do my best to fix it before your order ships. I can’t change an address once a package is with USPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to USPS, it’s out of my hands, but I’m still happy to help. If tracking shows delivered and you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out and we’ll figure it out together.

Arrived damaged?

If anything arrives damaged, email me a photo within 3 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Holiday shipping

During the holiday rush, USPS can run a little slower. I’ll post order-by dates here each season so your gifts arrive on time.
